This cake, without being a butter bomb, is probably one of our favourites.

Ingredients:

200gr of black chocolate for baking (we used Pakka)
3 egg yolks
3 full eggs
125gr brown or coconut sugar 
175gr almond powder
175gr butter or ghee (Vegan substitute: coconut oil)
150gr of dates
