Curry au tofu / poulet

Tofu curry: a delicious and healthy dish, very easy and quick to make!

Ingredients pfor 2 people:

  • 175g of tofu (or chicken for the non-vegetarian version)
  • 100g of rice


  • Cut the tofu (or chicken) into cubes and heat it in a pan with a drizzle of oil
  • Once the tofu is well colored, pour the peanut curry sauce
  • Add a few coriander leaves and simmer for a few minutes
  • Put the rice to cook
  • In the meantime roughly chop a few cashews into small pieces
  • Pour the sauce and tofu over the rice when cooked
  • Decorate with a few coriander leaves and add the cashews
