Handmade pasta from high quality durum wheat semolina, with wheat germ and saffron powder. The paste is worked by hand and left to dry at low temperature for 36 hours. The wonderful scent of saffron can already be perceived during cooking. We suggest serving the linguine with a seafood sauce, such as mussels or shrimp mixed with white wine, or with a white salmon sauce.
Produced with high quality, purely natural ingredients, with no preservatives or artificial colors, they are carefully handcrafted and available in many delicious variations.
Prepare 1 liter of water for 100 grams of product to be cooked in a large pot; add coarse salt (about 10-12 grams per liter); boil the water ; add the pasta and cook for the indicated time. Filter and season to taste. The presence of fresh wheat germ leaves the cooking water slightly green. Cooking time: 6-7 minutes
