Alce Nero organic wholemeal fusilli are made using only organic wholemeal durum wheat semolina: the whole grain is ground without being refined and without adding additives. Spring water from the Dolomites is then added to the semolina to make the dough.

Thanks to their excellent cooking properties, they are perfect for creating simple and tasty recipes, especially with vegetables.
