This product contains vitamin B12, is gluten free, rich in fiber and protein, easy and quick to prepare, ideal as a side dish and made in Switzerland. 

The content of the bag allows to cook about 15 falafels.

To prepare: 

  • Thoroughly mix the contents of the sachet with 200 ml of boiling water. Let stand for 15 minutes. 
  • Stir again lightly and, with wet hands, form teaspoon-sized balls. 
  • Generously cover a frying pan with oil. Fry the falafels over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes. 
  • Remove the falafels from the pan and lightly pat them dry with a paper towel. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.

Chickpea flour* (Italy, Turkey, Russia), onions*, sea salt, cumin*, coriander*, garlic*, parsley*, peppermint*, black pepper*, powder with inactivated bacteria biomass (* from organic farming).
