What are Radici sauces? :
A high quality Sangiovese creation made in collaboration with a Tuscan restaurateur. All made with fresh crushed tomatoes, the sauces are given special attention at every stage of processing.
They are packaged in modest quantities to allow an optimal result, respecting the flavor and the particularities of each dish.
The different cooking stages take place, depending on the ingredients used, in different pans, to then end up in larger containers where the aromas blend.
The sauces are without flavor enhancer (glutamate), thickener (corn starch) or other additives. Our goal is to make people regret a little less the time our customers feel they should be spending in the kitchen.
Their products are homemade and they do not use any technique or industrial process. They take care to choose quality ingredients that they prepare in small quantities.

About the Brand
Radici, located on the slopes of Pratomagno, in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, is made up of several plots of land that develop between 300 and 1300 meters above sea level. This physical location allows us to obtain a wide range of products. Thus, Mediterranean species (tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, etc.) are grown at an altitude of 300 meters, near vineyards and olive trees, on the Loro Ciuffenna plateau, while in the mountains we harvest berries and chestnuts, as well as most fruits used for jams. Radici has chosen to pay particular attention to the processing sector because they believe that currently working people have less and less time to cook dishes that require long and careful processing.More from this Brand
